Seth Jennings

Seth moved to Nashville in 1985 when his father became a pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church.  He attended CPA from 2nd grade through high school, becoming onve of the first graduating classes.  With the exception of attending college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he's been in Nashville ever since.  After reading, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Seth became fascinated with real estate.  He bought his first piece of property in 2003 and hasn't looked back.  Since then, Seth has worn lots of hats in the real estate business: home owner, landlord, property manager, construction manager, flipper, investor and Realtor.  Seth is passionate about Nashville and helping people with their real estate needs.
