Luanne Story

Hi. I'm Luanne Story and I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself.  I've been living in middle Tennessee since 1993. After graduating from Union University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science  in Economics and Finance, I went to work for a large development company in Orlando Florida. I worked in the accounting dept. and soon found that I would rather be out of an office setting and working with people. I began working for a TV advertising and production company in sales and became the sales manager. I held this position for 5 years in St. Augustine Florida but began to miss my Tennessee roots so I moved back to Tennessee in 1993 and landed in Nashville. Franklin, a suburb of Nashville,  is now my home. I'm married to Jimmy Story and have two wonderful children, a 17 year old daughter and a 20 year old son. I've been selling real estate here since 1994 . Initially my business focused on first time buyers. I truly enjoy being a part of a client's excitement and joy of owning their first home. Since becoming a realtor I've participated in the sale of new and existing homes, condos, commercial buildings, and land. I've seen the real estate market at its peak and also at its lowest.
